ANETTE PURIM

Danish artist currently based in London. Having lived in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Vienna and London she surrounds herself with inspirations from her travels.

Her style encorporates a mixed media approach, creating one off semi-abstract paintings. Through a background in film and art she has developed her own signature style inspired by the atmospheric landscapes and captivating seas around the world. Combining dreams and reality into a space where the imagination trancends the paintings into a new reality.

Her approach is to explore the idea of painting through your subconscious using emotion, intuition and memories. Anette paints landscapes, through a instinctual approach and not of real places that exist as such.

Each of these landscapes come from a personal response to a feeling and illustrate how she uses energy through spirituality and mindfulness to create artworks that many can realate to in their own way. Combining paint with textures, sand, neting and other elements create a multi media approach adding a deeper depth of perspective.
